Great customer service and very helpful advice! I took a pair of too tight strappy heels that I needed to wear as a bridesmaid in a friend's wedding in to be stretched. I was greeted by, who I assume to be Ramon (my fault for not asking for a name), and told that what I was asking for would not satisfy my need and was even given a demonstration. He told me he would do what I asked for but said not to waste my time or money (very much appreciated) and suggested I walk around in the shoes in some thick socks a couple days before the event to get the desired fit. There were other people in the store but he was very patient with me and I really appreciate him giving me advice instead of just taking my money. Will definitely recommend to others
